At The Goods; Cutting Edge Creations, we take pride in delivering our Australian-made metal wall art, signage, and décor to customers across Perth, Australia, and beyond. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle orders, processing times, and delivery.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Products: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders: As each piece is made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for production, depending on complexity and workload.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for oversized items.

  • Delivery times depend on location and courier availability. Estimated timeframes:

    • Perth Metro: 2–5 business days

    • WA Regional: 5–10 business days

    • Interstate (Australia): 5–14 business days

    • International: Varies by destination (quoted on request)

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.

3. Local Pickup (Perth, WA)

  • We offer free local pickup by appointment from our Perth location.

  • Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for collection.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

  • Larger items may be shipped on pallets or via specialised freight services.

  • Eco-friendly and recyclable packaging is used where possible.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates are managed by the courier or postal service.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some oversized products may have limited delivery options.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees (the responsibility of the customer).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • For lost packages, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier, but responsibility lies with the carrier once dispatched.
