Welcome to The Goods; Cutting Edge Creations (“The Goods”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These Terms apply to all sales of physical and digital products, including but not limited to custom metal wall art, signage, home décor, and downloadable design files.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

  • Custom Orders: All custom designs, sizes, and finishes must be confirmed in writing before production.

  • Digital Downloads: DXF, SVG, PNG, or other files are non-refundable once delivered. These are licensed for personal use only unless a commercial licence is explicitly granted.

  • Variations: As our products are handcrafted and laser cut, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish (e.g., powder coating, raw steel) may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full before production or file delivery.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide and internationally (where available). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, production requirements, and courier delays.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for transit delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Products: Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.

  • Stock Items: Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days in original condition at the buyer’s expense.

  • Refunds will be processed once the product is inspected and approved.

  • We do not accept returns on digital files.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and digital files remain the intellectual property of The Goods unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

  • Custom designs created for you may be displayed in our portfolio, marketing, or website unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Liability

  • Our products are decorative and not intended as safety devices, structural supports, or load-bearing components.

  • We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, or damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Goods disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for order processing, communication, and marketing (if you opt in).

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required for payment processing or shipping.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Western Australia.
